المقدمة
من المذهل أن نشاهد الهجمات الواسعة على الصهيونية في جميع أنحاء العالم، وخاصة في الغرب، بينما الهدف الرئيسي للصهيونية هو حماية حق الشعب اليهودي في تقرير مصيره والبقاء في وطنه التاريخي. نشأت الصهيونية كرد فعل ضروري على قرون من الاضطهاد والمذابح والطرد والمحرقة النازية.

أما الإسلامية فهي أيديولوجيا سياسية تسعى إلى فرض حكم الشريعة، وغالباً ما تكون مع عناصر متفوقة وتوسعية. تظهر ردود الفعل الغربية معايير مزدوجة خطيرة: انتقاد تقرير المصير اليهودي يُقبل غالباً أو يُشجع، بينما فحص شبكات الإسلاميين يُوصف بخطاب الكراهية”.

يدرس هذا الكتيب هذه الاختلالات، وقوانين خطاب الكراهية، والمقارنات بين حرية التعبير، والخطر الكبير لتسلل الإسلاميين إلى الحكومات والمؤسسات. هدفه إيقاظ الجمهور الغافل والنخب — “النائمين” — على الحقائق المبنية على أدلة قبل أن تتآكل الديمقراطيات الليبرالية بسبب التهدئة والإنكار.

الفصل الأول: الصهيونية مقابل الإسلامية — اختلاف أساسي

تعتمد القوانين الأوروبية على قرار الاتحاد الأوروبي لعام 2008 بشأن مكافحة العنصرية وكراهية الأجانب. تجرم التحريض على الكراهية بناءً على العرق أو الدين أو الأصل، وغالباً ما تشمل “الإهانة” أو “الاحتقار” أو “خلق عدم التسامح”.

الفصل الخامس: دراسات حالة محددة لتسلل الإخوان المسلمين
تستخدم جماعة الإخوان المسلمين استراتيجية “الجهاد الحضاري” والتسلل (التمكين). إليك دراسات حالة مثبتة:
الولايات المتحدة — محاكمة مؤسسة الأرض المقدسة (2008):

الخاتمة: دعوة للإيقاظ المبني على المبادئ
يجب على الغرب رفض الغفلة والمعايير المزدوجة والتهدئة الناتجة عن الخوف. دافعوا عن الصهيونية كحق مشروع لليهود في تقرير مصيرهم. واجهوا التفوق السياسي الإسلامي بسياسات صارمة: فحص الشبكات، الاندماج الإلزامي (أولوية القانون العلماني واللغة والقيم)، السيطرة على الحدود، وترحيل المتطرفين.

أعطوا الأولوية لحرية التعبير القوية (النموذج الأمريكي) بدلاً من القيود المبنية على الكرامة التي يسهل السيطرة عليها. اطلبوا المعاملة بالمثل والسيادة الوطنية والبحث عن الحقيقة.

PREFACE
It is mind-boggling to witness widespread attacks on Zionism across the world, particularly in the West, when Zionism’s primary goal is to protect the Jewish people’s right to self-determination and survival in their ancestral homeland. Zionism emerged as a necessary response to centuries of persecution, pogroms, expulsions, and the Holocaust.

In contrast, Islamism is a political ideology seeking to impose Sharia governance, often with supremacist and expansionist aims. Western responses show dangerous double standards: criticism of Jewish self-determination is frequently tolerated or encouraged, while scrutiny of Islamist networks is labeled “hate speech.”

This booklet examines these asymmetries, hate speech laws, free speech contrasts, and the grave dangers of Islamist infiltration into governments and institutions. Its purpose is to awaken complacent publics and elites — the “sleepy slobs” — to evidence-based realities before liberal democracies erode through appeasement and denial.

CHAPTER 1: ZIONISM VS. ISLAMISM — A FUNDAMENTAL ASYMMETRY
Zionism is the national liberation movement of the Jewish people. After the Holocaust decimated European Jewry, the establishment of Israel in 1948 provided a democratic refuge. It seeks no global domination or subordination of others.

Islamism, distinct from personal Islamic faith, pursues political supremacy under strict Sharia interpretations. It includes gradualist approaches (Muslim Brotherhood) and more violent strains. Post-October 7, 2023, antisemitic incidents surged dramatically, with eliminationist chants often excused as “anti-Zionism.” Polling data reveals significant minorities in some Western Muslim communities holding views incompatible with secular liberalism on issues such as apostasy, gender roles, and attitudes toward Jews.

The asymmetry is clear: one movement secured a single homeland after genocide; the other advances supremacist governance across borders through infiltration and demographic pressures.

CHAPTER 2: EUROPEAN HATE SPEECH LAWS AND SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT
European laws, rooted in the EU’s 2008 Framework Decision on Combating Racism and Xenophobia, criminalize incitement to hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, or origin. Many countries extend this to “insult,” “contempt,” or fostering “intolerance.”

●    Belgium: Broad anti-racism laws led to the conviction of activist Dries Van Langenhove for private group chats, Holocaust-related content, and public lectures citing migrant crime statistics and integration failures — deemed to foster intolerance.

●    Germany: 130 Volksverhetzung aggressively targets right-wing speech and denialism.

●    France, UK, and Nordic countries: Similar broad provisions create chilling effects on factual debate about migration, grooming scandals, parallel societies, and values gaps.

These frameworks prioritize group dignity over evidence, enabling selective enforcement that pathologizes native realism while granting leniency to Islamist extremism.

CHAPTER 3: CONTRASTING APPROACHES IN THE US, CANADA, AND AUSTRALIA
United States: The First Amendment and Brandenburg v. Ohio (1969) protect speech unless it incites imminent lawless action. There is no general hate speech exception. This allows open scrutiny of both Zionism and Islamism without selective taboos.

Canada: Bill C-9 (Combatting Hate Act, advanced in 2026) expands offences for hate symbols, antisemitism, and obstructing religious sites amid post-Oct 7 surges. While addressing real antisemitism, its vague language risks suppressing legitimate criticism of infiltration and integration failures.

Australia: Following the December 2025 Bondi Beach antisemitic terror attack (15 killed), new laws strengthened penalties for incitement, radicalization, and symbols. Section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act prohibits acts likely to offend, insult, humiliate, or intimidate based on race or ethnicity.

These reactive measures address symptoms but often overlook deeper institutional infiltration.

CHAPTER 4: MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD STRATEGIC DOCUMENTS — BLUEPRINTS FOR “CIVILIZATION JIHAD”
The Muslim Brotherhood’s internal documents reveal a sophisticated, patient strategy of gradual subversion:
●    “The Project” (1982): A global 12-point plan emphasizing infiltration of political, educational, and media institutions; promotion of immigration; creation of parallel structures; and long-term cultural transformation.

●    “Explanatory Memorandum” (1991): Declares a “Civilization-Jihadist Process” with the explicit goal of “destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house” so that Islamic governance prevails. It lists affiliated organizations for coordinated settlement and influence.

These documents stress tamkeen (entrenchment), dissimulation, and multi-generational patience — using democratic openness against itself.

CHAPTER 5: SPECIFIC CASE STUDIES OF MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD INFILTRATION
The Muslim Brotherhood (MB) employs a strategy of “civilization jihad” and entryism (tamkeen), as outlined in its strategic documents. Below are key verified case studies from Western countries.

United States — Holy Land Foundation Trial (2008):
The largest terrorism-financing trial in US history targeted the Holy Land Foundation (HLF). Five leaders were convicted of providing material support to Hamas. The 1991 Explanatory Memorandum was introduced as evidence, listing MB-linked US entities (including CAIR and ISNA) as part of a “settlement process” for civilizational jihad. Wiretaps from a 1993 Philadelphia meeting revealed plans to support Hamas through charitable fronts. This case demonstrated how MB networks used humanitarian guises for ideological and financial advancement.

France — 2025 Government Report on Entryism:
A May 2025 French Interior Ministry report warned of MB “entryism” into republican institutions, schools, and local governments. It identified the Federation of Muslims of France (formerly UOIF) as the main vehicle. Key findings include ~280 associated groups controlling hundreds of mosques, covert dual structures, promotion of separatism in education, and use of “Islamophobia” lawfare. The report described the threat as insidious and progressive, undermining secularism (laïcité).

Canada — ISGAP Report (June 2025):
The Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy report detailed deep MB penetration into Canadian politics, academia, civil society, and finance. Organizations such as the Muslim Association of Canada (MAC), National Council of Canadian Muslims (NCCM), and Islamic Relief Canada were highlighted for receiving public funding while maintaining ties to MB and Hamas ideology. Canada is positioned as a North American hub for influence operations.

United Kingdom — 2015 Government Review:
Prime Minister David Cameron’s review concluded that MB ideology runs counter to British values. It identified the Muslim Association of Britain as heavily influenced by the MB and recommended treating MB membership or association as a possible indicator of extremism.
Common Patterns: Front organizations, foreign funding (often from Qatar), alliances with progressive causes, campus influence, narrative control, and exploitation of hate speech laws to shield activities while criminalizing critics. These enable policy capture in governments and institutions.

CHAPTER 6: THE GRAVE DANGER OF ISLAMIST INFILTRATION AND APPEASEMENT
The most serious threat is systematic Islamist infiltration into Western governments, civil services, academia, politics, and NGOs. Muslim Brotherhood networks pursue “entryism” to shape policy, suppress criticism, and advance Sharia-compatible norms.

Governments often appease these networks — treating them as “moderate” representatives — to avoid violence or social unrest. This appeasement grants legitimacy, softens security measures, tolerates parallel Sharia councils, and weaponized hate speech laws against critics.

Consequences include:
●    Eroded social cohesion and public trust.
●    Policy influence on migration, education, and counter-terrorism.
●    Gradual transformation of liberal institutions into arenas of competing sovereignties.
●    Heightened security costs and rising antisemitism.
Factual warnings about integration failures, demographic shifts, and values incompatibilities are silenced as “hate,” allowing the very infiltration described in Brotherhood documents to advance. While most Muslims seek peaceful lives, organized ideological strains exploit openness without reciprocity.
Ignoring this documented strategy risks the sabotage outlined in their own texts.

CONCLUSION: A CALL TO PRINCIPLED AWAKENING
The West must reject complacency, double standards, and fear-driven appeasement. Defend Zionism as legitimate Jewish self-determination. Confront Islamist political supremacism with rigorous policies: vetting of networks, mandatory integration (primacy of secular law, language, and values), border control, designation of supremacist entities, and deportation of extremists.

Prioritize robust free speech modeled on the United States over vague dignity-based restrictions that are easily captured. Demand reciprocity, national sovereignty, and truth-seeking over euphemisms.

Recommended Actions:
●    Demand transparent investigations into foreign-funded influence networks.
●    Enforce equal application of laws without protected classes.
●    Protect open debate on demographics, cultural compatibility, and security data.
●    Reject selective hate speech enforcement.
The liberal democratic experiment depends on evidence, vigilance, and resilience — not denial or appeasement. The time for awakening is now. Complacency today invites irreversible erosion tomorrow.
