Sultan: no results before investigating the appeals

Farouk Sultan, head of Supreme Committee of the presidential elections, said that all announced results and numbers about the runoff are not true.
Sultan added there are 13100 subcommittees and about 250 appeals, and they are not going to announce the results until all appeals are investigated not to wrong any candidate.
He said that it’s illegal that any of the candidates declares he wins before the final results are announced.
